Fiduciary

Person who appears as the holder in a business or contract, when in reality they only lend their name in a contract, pretension or business that actually belongs to another person, who is the real negotiator or contractor and prefers not to appear. In relation to contracts or money, the term fiduciary indicates that said contract or currency is mainly based on trust between the parties.
